Betty L. O’Neal

Betty Lee O’Neal, 78, of Odessa, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024. Her family will receive friends from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 29th at Royer Funeral Home in Oak Grove, MO, followed by a Memorial Service at 6:00 p.m.

Betty was born April 15, 1946, in Batesville, Arkansas, the daughter of John and Mercy (Wiltrout) Sims. Her greatest accomplishments were being a mom and the best grandma.

Betty’s survivors include her son, James O’Neal and daughter, Terri O’Neal, both of Odessa; four grandchildren: Tommy Lee, Shelby, Brianna, and Anthony; nine great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and several bonus grandchildren; brother, Howard Mason; and sisters, Mary Alice Kirby and Rosa Crouch. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers: Jeff Mason, Al Mason and Jay Sims.
