Ernest Noel Burton Jr., 70, of Grain Valley, Missouri passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2022. A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2022 at Reach KC Church ~ 5445 E. 29th St. KCMO 64128.
Ernest was born on June 21, 1952 to Ernest Noel and Mildred Darlene (Roll) Burton Sr. He worked as a Mechanic for over 30 years. Ernest enjoyed playing Pool and Darts. He was a big Chiefs fan and never missed a game. Ernest was known for his love of Little Debbie Cakes, he never turned one down.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Deborah, in 2015; sister, Patti Dulin; and brother, Marvin Thompson.
Ernest is survived by his 3 children: sons: John Burton (Danielle) of Grain Valley MO, Christopher Burton of Kansas City, MO, and Larry Burton of Kansas City, MO; 4 grandchildren: Skylar, Nicholas, Delilah and Delaney; 1 great-grandson, River; brother, George Burton (Sandy) of Kansas City, MO; sister, Sherry Younce (Steven) of Knob Knoster, MO; and many nieces and nephews.
