Glenn Wilson

Glenn Wilson, 84, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away October 1, 2022. Graveside service with Military Honors will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at MO Veterans Cemetery; Higginsville, MO. Following the service, we will gather at El Camino Real ~ 1398 E. Old 40 Hwy, Odessa, MO. 64076 to enjoy a meal and reminisce about the beautiful life of this couple.

Glenn was born May 18, 1938 in Troy MO to Harry & Ada (Hammett) Wilson.

He married Clara “Faye Wright on February 17, 1962. They were married for 60 amazing years and they loved their family dearly.

Glenn was a member of First Baptist Church of Odessa.

Glenn was preceded in death by his parents: Harry & Ada Wilson; 2 sons: Scott & Mike Wilson; grandson: Payton Wilson; sister: Katheryn Shearer; two brothers: Jim Wilson and Harvey Wilson.

Glenn is survived by: daughter-in-law: Tracy Wilson of Grain Valley, MO; granddaughter: Bailey Wilson of Independence, MO, grandsons: Colby Wilson of Warrensburg, MO, Luke Wilson of Lee’s Summit, MO; sister: Linda Wambsgans of Lee’s Summit and many extended family members.
