Gracie Banks

December 3, 1932 – June 1, 2022

Gracie Banks, 89, of Grandview, Missouri, passed away June 1, 2022.  Private graveside services will be held for immediate family.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Ascend Hospice or Alzheimer’s Association.

Gracie was born on December 3, 1932, in Kansas City, MO, to Harry and Grace Bear.  She started her career with Hallmark Cards and retired after 20 years of service.  Gracie enjoyed spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks fishing and being outdoors.  Although she enjoyed the outdoors, family is what she enjoyed the most.

Gracie was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Bud, daughter Cheryl, son John, and grandson Evan.  Survivors include son Ken and wife Suzan, daughter Linda and husband Dale, daughter-in-law Sandy, and sister Mary Ann.  She was a loving grandma and meemee to 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
