James Henderson

James Henderson, 79, of Pleasant Hill, MO passed away Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the Pleasant Hill Health and Rehab Facility. Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 18, 2010 at the Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, MO. Burial in the Sni Mills Cemetery, Oak Grove, Mo. The family will receive friends preceding the service from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the funeral home.

James was born August 2, 1930 in Wakenda, MO to Otto and Ann (Gibson) Henderson. James worked as a Crane Operator with the Local Union 101 for 41 years before retiring.

He was preceding in death by his parents; Otto and Ann, and two step sons; Rodney Reeves and Donald Lee Williams.

His survivors include his wife, Glenda Henderson of the home; two sons, Steve Henderson, and Scott Henderson and his wife Lisa all of Grandview, MO, a daughter, Lori Bressman of Belton, MO, two step daughters, Sherlend Massey and Eva Meyer bother of Kauai, HI; Bob Henderson of Grandview, MO and Tom Henderson of Warsaw, MO; one sister, Charlotte Sullivan of Trinity, NC, 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
