Jeanette Barbara Mackie, 83, of Oak Grove, MO passed away, Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Centerpoint Medical Center.
Visitation will be 3:00-4:00 p.m. Thursday March 22, 2012 at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, MO. Funeral Service will follow at 4:00 p.m. Cremation.
Jeanette was born November 18, 1928 in St. Louis, MO to Paul Turnquist & Lavina (Tebbenhoff) Turnquist. She was owner/operator of Extra Point Restaurant in Stover, MO. Jeanette was a sports fanatic, and she was a big gan of the K.C. Chiefs and MU Tigers. She never missed a grandchild’s sporting event and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Jeanette is survived by daughters: Michelle Capps (Marshall) Of Kingsville, MO, Denise Young (Dean) of Holden, MO, Gabby DeMoss (Gary) of Bates City, MO; son: Larry Howard of Salt Lake City, UT; sister: Darlene Reynolds of St. Louis, MO; 5 grandchildren: Lindsay, Heather, TJ, Larry, Will; 1 great-grandson: Masen.
