Jill L. Wilkinson
Jill Lynn Wilkinson, 50, of Bates City, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 19th at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, MO; burial in Shore Cemetery, Bates City. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Jill was born February 22, 1972, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Barry Glenn and Nancy Jean (Lassiter) Simmons. She was a lunch lady for the Oak Grove School District for several years. Jill was a loving wife and mother to her boys, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She was an avid lover of hummingbirds and had a large collection of everything hummingbird. She enjoyed a variety of music.
Jill is survived by her husband, Larry E. Wilkinson Jr.; two sons, Andrew T. Wilkinson and Wesley J. Wilkinson; mother, Nancy Jean Simmons; sister, Shari S. Rogers; brother, Cary G. Simmons; two nephews, Cameron T. Rogers and Austin M. Wilkinson; and niece, Katelyn S. Wilkinson. She was preceded in death by her father.
