Joann E. Willey, 76, of Independence, MO passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2024.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Zion’s Hope Restoration Branch, Sibley, Missouri; burial following in Six Mile Church Cemetery, Sibley, Missouri. The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church.
