Judy L. Ware

Judy Lorine Ware, 65, of Grain Valley, MO, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2007 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence. Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 29th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley; burial in Adams Cemetery, south of Grain Valley. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Royer’s.

Judy was born September 4, 1942 in Kansas City, KS, the daughter of Elroy & Jane (Cox) Hunt. She married William H. Ware on December 6, 1957. Judy was a homemaker and mother. She was a member of VFW Post #6272 Ladies Auxiliary. Judy loved to bowl and play bingo.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son: Elroy Ware in December 1996.

Her survivors include her husband of nearly 50 years: Bill Ware of the home; a son: Danny Ware & wife Gretchen of Pleasant Hill, MO; two daughters: Brenda Evans & husband Tom of Oak Grove, MO and Linda Price & husband Jeffrey of Independence, MO; two brothers: James Sampel & John Sampel, both of Kansas City, KS; two sisters: Jackie Myers & Jean Fay Dinkins, both of Kansas City, KS; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
