Kenneth L. Botts
Kenneth Lee Botts, 84, of Independence, Missouri, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2019. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23rd at Royer’s New Salem Funeral Home, Independence, MO. Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24th in Laurel Oaks Cemetery in Windsor, MO.
Kenneth was born April 17, 1934 in Leeton, Missouri, the son of Alfred K. and Inez L. (Yeager) Botts. He was a member of the East Gate Christian Church. He enjoyed camping and traveling.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his first wife Judy Botts in 1999 and his parents: Alfred & Inez Botts.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Pat Botts of the home; two daughters: Joanne Mael (Patt) of Sugar Creek, MO, and Barbara Sue Patton (Mark) of Warsaw, MO; sister, Doris Jean Allen of Windsor, MO; four stepdaughters: Jewell Ann Bergin (Mark), Sarah Ozburn (Bill), Linda Rierdon, and Tammy Hanes (Jim), all of Independence, MO; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
