Larry J. Carey
Larry James Carey, 76, of Grain Valley, Missouri passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley; burial following in Valley Memorial Gardens, Grain Valley. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Larry was born on March 10, 1943. He was a Baptist and a produce manager for several grocery stores. He enjoyed going out to eat with his wife, traveling, listening to gospel music and rock and roll from the 50’s to 80’s especially Elvis. He was the best husband ever!
He is preceded in death by his parents.
His survivors include his wife, Martha Jane Carey of the home; 3 sons, David Carey, Jonathan Carey and Daniel Carey; step-son, Gary Smith; siblings; and several grandchildren.
