Linda K. Jones
Linda Kay Jones, 66, of Warsaw, Missouri passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 5th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley; burial following at 1:00 p.m. in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Linda was born on December 31, 1952 in Kansas City, MO, daughter of J.C. and Ester (Gillman) Baker. She was a tax examiner for the IRS for several years. She loved fishing, going to the boat, sewing and crocheting. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Mark Jones Sr.; granddaughter, Emma; and sister, Sharon Clark.
Her survivors include her son, Mark Jones Jr. (Sarah) of Odessa, MO; daughter, Jennifer Slimmer (Devin) of Oak Grove, MO; 4 grandchildren, Weston, Gatlin, Caleb and Katie; sister, Janice Hall of Raymore, MO; and her nieces and nephews.
