Lois A. Loftis
Lois Ann Loftis, 67, of Lone Jack, Missouri, passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020 at St. Luke’s East Hospital in Lee’s Summit, MO. Memorial services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 23rd at Royer Funeral Home in Grain Valley, MO. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lone Jack Christian Church or your favorite charity.
Lois was born July 5, 1953, in Harrisonville, Missouri, the daughter of Edwin B. and Florence (Kerr) Wilkinson. She worked at Max’s Market in Lone Jack for 15 years, and then at Unity Village for 20 years. Lois enjoyed going out to eat with family and friends, going to the auto races at Valley Speedway, and watching her daughter Lisa race at the I-70 Speedway. She was a member of Lone Jack Christian Church and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents, and her daughter, Lisa Loftis Piburn in 2011. Her survivors include her husband, Phillip C. Loftis of the home; two sons: Danny Loftis (Christine) of Blue Springs, MO, and Clint Loftis (Miranda) of Lone Jack, MO; four grandchildren: Faliene Loftis, Clay Loftis, Alaina Piburn, and Ashlyn Piburn; two brothers: Jack Wilkinson (Carolyn) of Lone Jack, and William Wesley Wilkinson (Jeff) of Elverta, CA; and three sisters: Vickie Cada, Sherry Aldridge (Roger), and Lori Mills (Bob), all of Lone Jack, MO.
