Lorene L. Plain

Lorene Lamar Plain, 70, of Higginsville, MO, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at Meyer Care Center in Higginsville. She will be cremated. A Memorial Gathering will be held from 2-3 p.m. Sunday, November 4th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley.

Lorene was born on November 29,1936 in Deloit, IA, the daughter of Christopher & Crystal (Newcom) Plain. She was a homemaker and mother. She was a member of the Community of Christ.

Her survivors include three daughters: Debra Winslow of Independence, MO, Paula Robertson of Oak Grove, MO, and Kathy Roberts of Olathe, KS; two sisters: Darlene Plain of Independence, MO and Violet Scofield of Seattle, WA; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
