Raymond H. Vance

Raymond Harold Vance, 90, of Raymore, MO passed away Friday, June 29, 2012 at St. Joseph Medical Center. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, MO. A Graveside Service with burial will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 6 at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO.

Raymond was born April 17, 1922 in Springfield, MO to Randall H. & Mae Vance. He worked as a welder for an oil pipeline company. Raymond served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army Air Corp.

Raymond is survived by his daughter: Alice Cooper & husband George of Warrensburg, MO; 2 grandsons: Michael and Anthony Cooper of Lee’s Summit, MO; 2 great-grandchildren: Kevin Cooper of Lee’s Summit, Chelsea Petty of Lee’s Summit, MO.
