Ruth M. Kaufman
Ruth Marie Kaufman, 80, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 26th at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, MO; burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Ruth was born on February 10, 1943, the daughter of Joseph and Vera Scobee. She was a homemaker and enjoyed making crafts, gardening, tending to her flowers, and sitting outside on the deck. Ruth was a fighter and a go-getter. She loved God and enjoyed listening to her DVD about the Bible.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Vernon Kaufman; two sons, Joseph and James Aldrich; and three brothers, Richard, Roland, and JR Scobee.
Her survivors include two sons, Scott Kaufman and Stacey Kaufman (Lisa); five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
