Ryan G. Hicks
Ryan Gene Hicks, 27, of Bates City, Missouri, passed away Friday, November 16, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 24th at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, MO. Ryan was born on January 13, 1991, in Blue Springs, Missouri, the son of Richard Wayne and Julie Ann (Dennis) Hicks. He enjoyed working on cars and anything that moved. Ryan liked to ride four wheelers and loved to spend time with his family. He was a member of the Oak Grove United Methodist Church.
Ryan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Robert “Bub” Crall Sr.
His survivors include his parents, Richard and Julie Hicks of Bates City; maternal grandparents, Charles and Gail Dennis of Bates City; paternal grandmother, Diana Crall of Eldon, MO; four uncles: Darin Dennis, Steven Dennis, Scott Crall, and Robert Crall Jr.; one aunt, Stephanie Carter; and six cousins: Courtney, Nate, Jake, Kattie, Brynn, and Shelby.
