Valerie was born March 11, 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri. The daughter of Ray and Bessie Lorene (Cross) Morgan. As the daughter of a Shriner, Valerie grew up in Job’s daughters, which was the start to the faith driven life she lived. For many years she was a member of the Khrome Cowgirls chapter of Women in the Wind; an all women’s motorcycle club where many of her most cherished friendships began. She was a pure soul who loved and accepted everyone no matter who they were or where they came from. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Ronald Morgan.
