Vera E. Cusey

Vera Esther Cusey, age 103, of Kansas City, MO, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2007 at TMC Lakewood Long Term Care. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 25th at Valley Memorial Gardens, Grain Valley, MO. The family will receive friends at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley from 1-2 p.m. preceding the graveside.

Vera was born on September 22, 1903 in South Bend, IN, the daughter of Louis & Ada Goss. She was a housewife and mother. She was a member of the Christian Church. Preceding her in death were her daughter, Barbara Ann Davis, and husbands, James M. Henry and Wayne Cusey.

Her survivors include her two sons: James D. Henry of Denver, CO and Harold L. Henry & wife Peggy of Kansas City, MO; a son-in-law: James R. Davis; 8 grandchildren: Michael Henry, Debra Henry, Robin Wilkerson, Kirk Davis, Brent Davis, Chanson Ponton, Rory Davis and Desiree McCormick; 16 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
